ZAGAT

We've been named by Zagat as one ot the hottest bars in 15 U.S. Cities! "With its awesome cocktails, including barrel-aged creations, and fun menu items like cornflake-crusted chicken livers or egg-topped tater tots, this rocking spot across from Matt's in the Market feels like a party."

Thrillist seattle

Matt's in the Market's boozier neighbor. This seriously sweet boozer specialized in barrel-aged cocktails, aged spirits, booze hidden in books, and down-home vittles sided by bags of Fritos. In sum, it's kind of the best place ever.

Named as one of Thrillist Seattle's "Coolest bars in town."

Our pig's head made the Thrillist Seattle list of "Seattle's 8 Most Gloriously Gut-Busting Dishes!"

One of "The Best Restaurants in Seattle 2013" and one of "Ten reservations we'll make again and again. It's the place to satisfy your thirst for the brown stuff."
Seattle Met
The smoked pig's head gets all the attention at this meat-and-whiskey haunt in the rafters of Pike Place Market, but the fried pork shank - crackling with fat outside and unctuous-tender inside, served over a bed of herby aioli and under a fierce relish of pickled goat horn peppers - well, that's the pork lover's dream.
SEATTLE TIMES
Amid the barrels, crates and burly, burnished wood, co-chefs Tyler Palagi and Charlie Garrison cook center stage framed by a shiny proscenium of pots and pans. Here's a toast to them, to owner Dan Bugge and to their entire team, for creating an instant classic.
Seattle Magazine
Radiator is super cool. Across from Bugge's Matt's in the Market, the small space looks as if it's been there a long time, exuding a retro charm...

Seattle Met

Supple whiskies, smoky meats, a Bourbon-hued room as lived-in as a rawhide boot with the Showgirls strip joint right out the window - now here's what eating paleo oughta be. Owned by the folks from Matt's in the Market across the hall, the food is accorded real attention here.

"Not to Miss in 2014"

Radiator Whiskey boasts a gorgeous selection of brown spirits as well as delicious comfort-style food. The interior is decked out with reclaimed wood tables, walls, and floors; skylights and a wall of windows bathe everything in natural light.

If the cocktails concocted from house whiskey (via local distillery 2Bar Spirits) passed out at Tuesday's preview are an indicator, drinks will be stiff and stellar.
Seattle Met Nosh Pit
5 Reasons to Get Excited About Radiator Whiskey "Meaty as Radiator might be, lighter plates like a salad of shaved apples and celery, or asparagus with hollandaise and housemade Canadian bacon would feel right at home across the hall (at Matt's in the Market)."
The Sunbreak
If Matt's in the Market is one of the most romantic restaurants in Seattle, its new sister Radiator Whiskey is one of the most carnal.
Daily Candy
Recently opened Radiator Whiskey matches your thirst for the brown stuff with more than 100 kinds of whiskey, including bourbon, rye, Irish, Scotch, and Canadian.
Serious Eats
At Radiator Whiskey, the giant barrel façade that dominates the back of the bar has taps not only for the eponymous house spirit (aged from local 2Bar Whiskey) and a few other rare whiskeys, but also barrel-aged cocktails.
Citysearch
It's not every barkeep that can respond "certainly" to a request for a pigs head and a showgirl but that's the kind of place Radiator set out to be. This dark cozyroom seats just 48 lucky patrons but boasts over 100 whiskies including a house moonshine that clocks in at 100 proof. The focus at Radiator is on warmservice and inventive whiskey cocktails paired with market pub food that features smoked meats.

The name might be all about the whiskey but the food is no second fiddle. The apple salad is ridiculous!

We're listed in Citysearch's "Where to Eat Pork in Seattle" guide."

DAILY CANDY
The birthplace of grunge (Seattle) has a drinking culture that's, ahem, nirvana for cocktails. Bring on the bourbon (and a dose of house rhubarb bitters) with Radiator Whiskey's Showgirl.

Temperature Check: From chefs Tyler Palagi and Charlie Garrison, Radiator Whiskey - HOT. Meat - pigs' heads, beef lips, you name it. The funkier the cut, the better.
